Our trainee programmes
Trainees get full insight into all areas of the business - and a tried-and-tested springboard for a subsequent career as technical or managerial staff. Regardless of the programme you choose, we make sure you’re prepared for future career steps. Strategy projects with responsibility, stays abroad, close contact with corporate management, and continuous performance appraisals are as much a part as are specific training measures. Best of all: You have flexibility regarding when to start. We offer the start date that suits you best! We offer trainee programmes in the following sectors:
Engineering trainee
Have you recently qualified as an ‘engineer’? Would you like comprehensive practical experience? On this trainee programme, the important key words are: Production, development, and product management. Develop and implement the appropriate technical interfaces - even as a troubleshooter, if necessary.
You must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology, or industrial engineering
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Curiosity and creativity
- Open-mindedness, reliability, and ability to work well under pressure
- Initial professional experience, such as through internships
- Experience abroad is a plus
Duration: 18 months
Start: flexible
Business trainee
You will gain a general overview into everything that takes place on a commercial level - and also have to solve awkward practical cases. As you’d expect, you will not be on your own - there is always support from the rest of the team!
You must meet the following requirements:
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, technically-oriented business administration, or commercial law
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Initial professional experience, such as through internships
- Experience abroad is a plus
- Interest in technical products
Duration: 12 months
Start: flexible
IT trainee
Are you fully au fait with IT? If so, then use a keyboard and mouse in the GEZE Cockpit - and discover the interfaces to all departments in our company during the course of the programme. One-by-one.
You must meet the following requirements:
- Completed studies in business informatics, information technology, or informatics
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Initial professional experience, such as through internships
- Experience abroad is a plus
Duration: 12 months

Sales trainee

Are you communicative and able to demonstrate empathy? Can you grasp complex matters and explain them in simple terms? If so, you’re the ideal fit for this programme, as GEZE products mean exceptional technical quality - and require explanation. You are the link to our customers. For this reason, you will be active in all sales-oriented sectors - and gain useful experience both at home and abroad.
You must meet the following requirements:
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, technically-oriented business administration, or business administration
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Initial professional experience, such as through internships
- Experience abroad is a plus
